Wednesday through Sunday our bakers arise early, to crisp air and the sun yet to rise. They construct the delicate pastries and breads that line the wood shelves of Kanab Creek Bakery. Their love for old world processes keeps their hands busy and flour covered. Fresh espresso fills the air as the sun peaks and guests enter the softly lit bakery. The scent of wood-fire baked onions, peppers, and foraged mushrooms rounds its way through aromas of freshly baked bread. The chefs and bakers await your joy.
